Mrs. Mohitha Madala
Director
Architect and consultant since 2014, with a Master's in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture, Vijayawada. Founder of M/s Moya Designs, she leads DPR and technical-specification preparation at ECPL, having previously worked at DSK Architects and Ascendas Singbridge. A lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma and participant in the National Association of Women in Construction.
Mr. Aaditya E
Managing Director
M.Tech in Data Sciences and B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Madras. Brings deep data-analytics experience, including an internship at Kotak Mahindra Bank enhancing financial forecasting models, and has led predictive-modeling projects spanning hospitality feedback and credit-risk analysis. Formerly Team Head of Abhyuday, IIT Madras' Rocketry Team, competing at the Spaceport America Cup.
Mr. EPPC Rao (Phani)
Chief Executive Officer
Over 38 years of experience across financial operations, HR, administration, and industrial consultation, including 10 years focused on DPR preparation and project implementation. His career spans the Indian Air Force, HR leadership at Parksons Packaging, and entrepreneurship in Printing & Packaging before moving into management consulting. Holds an MBA and M.Com, with deep expertise in GoI/GoAP MSME policy, GFR 2017, and RFP preparation for CPPP tenders.
